Seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well. Matthew 6:33
Developing and Growing Our Faith
We have always got a lot to learn, but learning to live like Jesus is the most important thing. And it is not easy. At First Congregational Community Church, we are on a journey together to learn to live as Jesus commanded. And that isn’t done with just one hour a week in worship.
We have many fellowship groups and mid-week opportunities for people to gather with others who seek to know Christ. Whether it is for study, service, or fellowship, our relationships give us strength and encouragement to “be in the world, but not of the world.”
Our current Bible study groups meet at the following times
Mondays @ 1:00 pm
Memorial Day to Labor Day we hold a special Burger and a Bible class one evening a week. Call for more information!
Whether you are looking to grow your own faith or just dive deeper into the passages provided in weekly worship, you are welcome. We encourage everyone to come whether it is the 1st time they have studied the Bible or if they have gone through these passages multiple times. These discussions always help gain an even further understanding of our faith and commitment to Christ.
